The 1st Cavalry Division Tactical Command Post is a hub of

Is there a standardized way of issuing weapon accessories such as optics in the US Army?
I mean the TL gets an ACOG Grenadier gets Aimpoint or something in these
lines or do Units have some of both and they are issued at random or
based on preferences and CO orders?
