Thanks for the info! After looking at some more pics it looks like BAE (SDS) made a similar looking chest right for the USMC.

No problem plus I forgot to mention it has a built in pouch for a Mk 14 magazine and it comes with straps and buckles so you can wear it as a traditional FLC (it came in handy when you did OPFOR or training while slick in the barracks.)
